Gaynor is an excellent massage therapist. After trying a few local places, I was dismayed by the lack of care and attention I received- sometimes I would be sore for days due to aggressive pressure. I was recommended to go see Gaynor, who is incredibly insightful, experienced, thoughtful and takes the intentionality to listen and understand my specific needs. I have had some tense spots for months that Gaynor resolved in one session. This is the best massage I’ve gotten! She is very empathic and is a lovely person.

Gaynor is the best! She is intuitive and thorough. I went to her with specific pain in my lower back and she targeted areas that I wouldn't have known were connected. I felt better immediately and then more and more as time went on! I will continue to go regularly to keep up the activities I love.
