I had an absolutely amazing experience giving birth at SEMC! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff—from the nurses to the doctors—was kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They made me feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout my entire labor and delivery. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and my preferences were honored without hesitation. The recovery care was just as thoughtful, with a team that went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident as a new mom. I’m so grateful to have welcomed my baby in such a compassionate and professional environment. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better birth experience.

I've had enough of all of the judgemental staff members that I have had to deal with and received "care" from. Fellow M.D. sufferers don't waste your time with this clinic. Staff from the ER all the way to my primary care person spoke to me and treated me like I was wasting their time. When your female PC person tells there isn't anything that can help with perimenopausal hot flashes just deal with it and then you read her notes from your appt online about your appearance and the scars on your legs and her "medical opinion" (ASSUMPTION) of the cause of them...then you know you are being judged and will never get the care that you deserve. Read your charts people!!!

Nice facility and great staff, from the front desk staff to the providers and nurses. Dr. Karlyn Armbruster is especially wonderful. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, compassionate, and caring. She goes above and beyond and will spend extra time with you to answer all your questions. We are very happy with the care we receive.

Me & my hubby's primary, Dr John Pezel is here. A close friend also works in the medical records department. The staff has GREAT bedside manner, flawless work ethic & are EXTREMELY caring. It was REALLY hard for us to find a doctor that fit our medical needs, that we feel comfortable with & we trust without question.

You will not find better care within 100+ miles of this facility! The doctors are genuine, the nurses, lab,PT/OT and radiology staff truly care about you. Appointments, lab results, radiology results and other testing gets done in a very respectable time. Staff is very knowledgeable, doctors will take the time to actually talk to you and tell you what’s going on, and help you figure out your options with your family. If the doctors at sleepy eye can’t figure it out, they will refer you to a larger facility that specializes in the correlating problem you’re having. They truly want to get to get you back to your normal self, and care for you like you’re one of their own no matter what your needs are! Honestly I can’t say enough good stuff about Sleepy Eye Medical Center.
