MN Comfort Care

MN Comfort Care provided services for my relative for several years, first at his home, then in assisted living. He always liked the caregivers and truly built a bond of trust with LeAnn. She would come out frequently to check on him; when problems came up she would be there, advocating for additional treatments or medications, providing hands on care again and again. She really stood up for him in every circumstance. As with every business today, there would be times when staffing was a problem, but she would fill in, or let us know so we could arrange for additional care through the assisted living facility. We owe a debt of gratitude to LeAnn and the staff, both past and present, of MN Comfort Care!

MN Comfort Care assisted our family for about 6 months during a time when our dad’s health was declining. From the moment we met LeAnn we knew she and her company had the caring attitude and services we needed! She and her staff were extremely easy to work with throughout our time together. They were willing to adjust their schedules when something came up, communication was clear and quick whenever we needed anything, and ideas and suggestions were offered if we presented a “struggle” we were having with our dad’s health. They were also great about providing the necessary paperwork for Long Term Care Insurance. The lines were clear for types of services they could provide. Leann and her staff are a blessing, she helped us when my father was in hospice and then my mother needed extra care while living alone. Very accommodating! Easy to work with.

So many great things to say about MN Comfort Care! I first met LeAnn 5 years ago through a Senior Providers connection. I am excited to work with a great local service! Definitely has the small business/close knit feel but also has professional boundaries!

MN Comfort Care (Jeremy, LeAnn, and staff) provided in-home care for our Mom before her transition to the secure/memory-care wing of our local nursing home. Responsiveness and quality of service exceeded expectations in every way. Our only regret is not starting services earlier. Mom was living with Alzheimer's disease under the sole care of our Dad, a full-time farmer. Despite his best efforts, things had become increasingly unmanageable over the years. Had we known then (7 years ago when my mom stopped calling us by name) what we know now - we would have begun services much, much earlier.
