I tried to order supplies, was transferred three times, cut-off, called back, was told they were all at lunch. They were going to call me, which never happened. Glad that I found out about this company before I ever got to order supplies.

I call 3 times for them to send me a statement and again 2 months and nothing!!! Call today and was told we don't send statements and sent me to another person which again on hold forever and I'm waiting on a call back. Think it's freaking collections. Which also haven't contacted me. Tried multiple times to pay online as well. I'll be telling my hospital to stop using them because not a good experience for our patients.

I had this company as a sleep equipment provider for about 12 years. They do very little for the patient but send you supplies and bill you. I went up to Kennesaw to see the respiratory therapist and was not told how to get a new sleep mask. They had very little to offer and basically I was told my old mask was okay. I saw the sleep therapist at my home about twice in the 12 years basically when they dropped off new equipment. I didn’t get a phone call during those 12 years from the therapist either. Thankfully I am with a company in Newnan which is closer to my home and they have an experienced respiratory therapist who was happy to meet with me, set me up with a new mask, and called to see if it was working.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They put you on an automatic supply shipment list without informing you andship unwanted and un needed supplies. I returned a shipment costing me a co-pay of over $100.00 and they have yet to credit my account for supplies I returned un opened to them 6 months ago. The have yet to reimburse my insurance company the money billed to them either.I have called the billing office repeatedly and thy went as far as to tell my insurance rep. that I was complaining that I had NOT recieved the supplies in question when it was just the opposit. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!!

Ordered supplies 5/8/19 still getting run around. Poorly run company. After I posted the above they responded with a message to call customer service, not a satisfactory response, yesterday on hold for 20 minutes, left call back, still waiting. Today tried the same Customer service and forever hold.
