Slate Run Dental: Stedman Marybeth

This place says they can do EVERYTHING. I established my entire family there but quickly realized that they can only perform simple dental care and even with insurance they will charge you so much to just to refer you somewhere else. I had to ask for my records so the other office wouldn’t have to retake tests. But they still had to take more pictures of my mouth and so on because Slate Run only had two on my record….so I paid over $600 for what? Anyway, my family all have experience the exact same. So I finally asked for my records and will not be going back.

If I could review them with 0 stars I would. I always like supporting smaller businesses but this one by far was the worst. Unfortunately with the weather changing and having my 3 older kids in school well we have been going through sickness. 5 kids, my husband and I have had a stomach bug and now a cold. We had to cancel 3 times because even though we tested negative for covid we still don’t want to risk their customers or staff getting sick. Well out of nowhere after making another appointment I got a call from the office saying how we couldn’t be their client any longer and they will NOT schedule more appointments because we’ve canceled too many times. I explained that I have a big family and we all have been sick back to back. she said she knew we were sick but it was too short notice
