I will start out by saying the place was very clean and everyone was nice but the care my mom got was not. The rehab department was great. She got pressure wounds on her heals from them leaving her laying in bed all the time. They did not take the time to walk her to the bathroom instead they used a bed pan, She went a week without a shower until i complained. She is a diabetic and they were not consistent on shot times. She had a accident in her clothes (number 2) and they thru it in with all her other dirty clothes so feces got all over everything. I would not recommend this place if your love one requires extra care

The staff are friendly and caring. Recently, the facility has upgraded the suites to include freshly painted walls and vinyl wood plank flooring. There is a kitchenette with a small sink, apartment size refrigerator, and cupboards above and below. I do wish the ones below could have pull out shelves to make it easier to get things out of them. My family member has raised concerns about the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables (everything is canned). However, I am aware elder care facilities have to follow federal guidelines and the food supply is ordered in bulk and pre-made products. To compensate, I buy fresh fruit, vegetables, and favorite perishable items like butter, jam, desserts, favorite coffee creamer, along with snacks (for late night munchies). I have some billing issues that are

I previously wrote a bad review but i had to get a reality check when i had to leave for a heart episode! i found myself begging to go back to finish my rehab. I didn’t give a nice review because i was just miserable didn’t want to have to stay here this place hasgood people in it and they display patience and no revenge when i lashed out like i said i am finding myself begging to be back from my hospital stay the therapist team is awesome my aides are amazing! andre and z and veronica they learn your habits your likes and dislikes and they just try to make you comfortable! and stephanie the nurse manager buzzes around that place. jumps in wherever help is needed! they get to know you! i miss them while im stuck in the hospital! they will get you together and the facility is nice bette

This facility was a great fit for my 87 years old Dad. He goes there for respite services whenever I travel. The facility is clean and his room bright and well equipped. The friendly staff always welcomes my Dad by name and a smile. It gives me and my family peace of mind to know Dad is safe and comfortable for his short term stays.

I would like to start with the stars and they only got that because the aides and nurses the few they have do a great job to be short staffed!!! I came here 10/20/25 from OSU lumbar laminectomy and spinal fusion surgery and also had my knee done Aug 21 manipulation on October 13th. Originally I choose this place because it showed they had regular beds and they DON'T the beds are outdated and squeaks when your adjusting them. Your on a plastic pad that isn't comfort for someone that just had the surgery I had! So the two weeks I was originally was gone be here...I just force myself to do for myself to get out of here!!! The first day I arrived the doctor came and wanted to take two of my med script I came from the hospital with! Which both was NEEDED and I told her until you collaborate
