I honestly just think the whole new location and set up is the start of the decline in customer service. When they were in smaller location, they seemed to be more efficient. Now they are always forgetting something and don't even let me start with the long lines. 5 windows and mostly there may be 2 windows operating at most. Then don't have to wait for a prescription...it takes sooooo long now. Not sure what the answer is but it definitely used to be better.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to reorder my son's insulin prescription. I've called multiple times and emailed our rep, Joey Arndt, with no reply. When I do get a hold of someone they transfer me to him, one saying, he's sitting right next to me and then he still does not answer. I only need to know if the medication was sent out to us, as my son is now completely out! I get zero response! Now I'm scrambling to have this transferred! Never used to have any issues, not sure what happened but this is terrible!

skywalk pharmacy has a program ‘simplify my meds’ in which you communicate with one specific pharmacy technician every month to get medications delivered to your house for more convenience. that program is anything but. my child’s complex care doctor recommended the program and our technician joseph arndt was horrible with communication. we signed up for the program and he didn’t reach out for almost a month, and when following up for delayed communication i never even received an apology, the program was not even worth the convenience. so much so that we didn’t even get to have not a single prescription sent out to us via delivery. the in person pharmacy is great itself but the program they offer and the technician himself are horrible. a lot of special needs kids use this pharmacy, why h

This place has consistently gone downhill over the last 2 years…the change in location was the first issue making it more difficult to get to, but the hours were longer so it was a good compromise. Now they have 5 windows but rarely operate more than one. They had a good text system but the wait is always terrible. Now they change their whole system which caused a massive delay in important medication for my daughter leaving me to stand for over an hour to have them do their job in filling the medication! Im not the only unhappy customer. If i could give 0 stars i would. There are no trustworthy pharmacies left in Milwaukee add this one to the list.

The slowest pharmacy ever. I understand that it’s busy but if you know this then why not have more people working. Was told 30 minutes, been here more than 1 hour and still nothing
