The office staff was pleasant. The hygienist was very thorough and explained what she was doing throughout my exam. The dentist was also pleasant and took her time during my visit. Overall, my personal experience was commendable! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I have been coming to this office for several years and have always loved the care I received. However, over the past few months, it seems that the entire staff has changed, including the office manager, receptionists, billing and scheduling staff, hygienists, and even the dentists. While the new staff is polite, I truly miss the previous team and the consistency and efficiency they provided. Unfortunately, I have consistently experienced very long wait times for my scheduled appointments. Even when I arrive early and am initially taken to the back, I still end up waiting an additional 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. I carefully plan my visits around other commitments, and these delays often cause me to be late for my next engagements and its becoming annoying. The most I'v

I was very anxious. I had gone to the same dentist for years back in NC. I moved here and got behind on my dental. I went to you all and it was the best dentist office l have ever been to. I am not anxious about my next vist. Every one was so nice. Wonder and great. I would recommend you very highly. The hygienist who worked on my teeth was so kind and totally put my mind at ease. i’ve been coming to this dental office for a couple years now. i used to love it here, as the staff were always friendly and nonjudgmental, personable and always did a good job. however on my most recent visit, i didn’t recognize any of the staff, it seemed like a whole new crew. everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist were different. no big deal i thought, until i was treated by the new staff that were there. when i arrived my appointment was pushed back to 3 hours after the original scheduled time and i was asked to come back later. i didn’t mind as much, but as my appointment was one that required a couple hours, because it was pushed back i was there until closing. towards the end it felt like i was being rushed out of the chair and the work done on my teeth wa

Love my dental hygienist she explains everything so well and she’s gentle when cleaning your teeth. This was my first time meeting with my new dentist she’s nice to. I have never had any problems since I started coming to them.
