I had a great experience at Skyline Medical Center for my I-693 medical exam. Booking was simple, the front desk was welcoming, and my wait time was short. The doctor was thorough but efficient, answered all my questions, and the nurses were kind and professional. They accepted my translated vaccination records without any hassle, clearly explained what would be included in the sealed envelope, and provided straightforward pricing before we started. I was in and out much faster than expected. Clean facility, organized process—highly recommend for immigration medicals and general care.

I went to Dr. Tesfaye for my I-693 form and had an excellent experience. He handled everything very quickly and efficiently, and the cost was much more affordable compared to other places. His professionalism and clear communication made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient at Skyline Medical Center for over 9 years and never had any issues—until the new receptionist started working here. I scheduled an appointment online through the patient portal, received multiple email and text confirmations, and even got a confirmation call. However, when I arrived at the office, I was told I had no appointment. I went ahead and booked another appointment in person with the receptionist that day. I once again received confirmations for my new appointment, but when I showed up, I was told the same thing—that I had no appointment. To make matters worse, the receptionist was rude, aggressive, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. Before she started working here, everything was efficient and smooth. I got to know them for immigration related Medical exam. The process is long and complicated and the doctor has a lot of koyla patients, it was a hot and crowded day, the lady im the reception was very kind, she manages the patients and their ‘impatient behaviors really well. She is Somalian American. After realizing that I am Turkish, she mentioned that she has been to my country and kept me talking few minutes until arranging my instructions. I felt home. Though I had to wait quite a while, during that time I used the restroom too, I was so happy to see that the clinic’s toilet was perfectly clean and inside the clinic was well aired despite the crowd which scattered as their appointment time arrived.
