I have been a patient at this practice for over 10–15 years, and I’ve always trusted the dentist and the quality of care provided. The clinical side of this office has consistently been good. However, my recent experience with the administrative staff was extremely disappointing. About a month ago, I scheduled an appointment and provided my dental insurance information at that time. During that call, I was told my plan was “difficult,” but no clear explanation was given. At no point was I informed that the office was out of network with my insurance. As my appointment approached, I decided to contact my insurance company directly and learned that the office is out of network. Amazing service. Dr. Weiss takes care of his clients very well, and looks closely. The hygienists, are very hard working, and clean meticulously. I’m impressed by my experiences. They also call to schedule appointments, and call to confirm, that way you do not forget. Also, you can call and receive great customer service.
