I recently went to Zack at SKNDUSTRY for Botox and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and heard. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful, professional suggestions that made a huge difference. I scheduled and paid a deposit for a consultation and, per their request, provided a detailed history of my medications and current skincare regimen in advance. Unfortunately, the consultation with Bridget itself lacked thoroughness and preparation. During my visit, the provider appeared unfamiliar with my chart and did not reference the information I had submitted. There was little insight offered beyond very basic information, and no tailored recommendations based on my age, goals, or medical history. Got a facial and dermaplaning with Anagrecia. It was amazing. She gives such a relaxing service that also is filled of education. She shares what will work for my skin and help me achieve my goals. She made me feel secure, confident and beautiful. 10/10 much needed.

Kaitlyn is the absolute best! Would not trust anyone else but her!! Her education, experience and pure talent speaks for itself! What I absolutely love is her passion for a full facial consult and balance. She discusses what is needed and what is not. She also goes overs goals, skin care regimes, and everything in between. She does what she preaches!! I travel about an hour and 15 minutes to see her, and would do it every week if I could! I recommend all my family and friends to go to her!
