Did a lazer facial, I absolutely loved it. From walking in everyone was so nice and welcoming. The lazer facial itself was pain free and the nurse made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am very happy with my results. I do recommend! I will be returning. They have prices for everyone, very reasonable. Thank you Skin Laundry!

First time here, parking was really easy, but I was here early on a weekday morning. Very easy to find, also very clean facility, luckily I’ve been to another one, the staff wasn’t as welcoming or as friendly as other locations I was pointed to the vanity and asked to wipe my face, again been to another location so luckily know what to do but some instruction or just asking if I need assistance would be nice. Will return out of convenience but some of the other locations are better just for the prices you’re paying. Great services and products regardless though definitely recommend those

My 1st treatment was amazing, painless, and refreshing! My skin feels rejuvenated and has an amazing glow. I had the pleasure to work with Heather as my nurse. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a lot of advice on some products that work well for my skin type.

I had a great experience at Skin Laundry! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and esthetically pleasing the store front was; it felt like a serene, high-end spa. The entire team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away, especially Brianna! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly orofessional and efficient. My treatment was quick, thorough, and clearly performed by skilled nursing professionals( ask for Nancy!) who knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciated how nformative they were about the process without overwhelming me. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. I am no longer interested in continuing with Skin Laundry due to the very poor customer service I experienced. I had an appointment yesterday and arrived approximately five minutes late because I missed the exit; I entered the clinic at 1:05 p.m., but the staff member informed me that my appointment had been cancelled because I was six minutes late and stated that it would be unfair to the next customer. I find it unfair to me that, despite already being on the premises, I was not accommodated, especially considering that the forms can be completed quickly, the procedure itself takes only about 15 minutes, and the consultation is typically less than 15 minutes. I hope you will take this feedback into account and work on improving your customer experience.
