I’ve had a very positive experience with this dermatology office. The staff and physicians are professional, personable, and have great bedside manner. As a Black woman, it’s important to me that my concerns are heard, and I’ve consistently felt listened to during my visits. I originally saw Dr. Lenelle before she left the practice, and my experience with her was great. I still come to this office mainly because it’s convenient and cost-effective, and the quality of care has remained solid. The treatments have been effective as long as you stay consistent with maintenance. I also appreciate how proactive the office is with insurance. With my previous plan, I had to pay out of pocket for chemical peels (hyperpigmentation has been my main concern), but with my current insurance they submit

I have been with them for over 5 years and they are amazing!! The Kenalog injections 💉 I get for the Alopecia have increased my growth and the new hair is healthy and strong. Artem, the Dermatologist is friendly and down to earth!! I would recommend this location hands ✋️ down!!! 💜

Dr. Alan Kling is a fantastic doctor. I have been seeing him for almost two years now in the Brooklyn office. He is courteous, professional, and does a great job explaining the treatments to his patients. The office staff is very friendly and I’m happy that I found his practice. With so many options, I will not look anywhere else for my skin care.
