From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff is professional, attentive, and welcoming, and everything is well organized and efficient. The warm and caring atmosphere truly makes a difference and creates a very comforting experience for patients. Dr. Caroline Puyana’s knowledge, patience, and dedication made a difficult time much easier. Sarah is amazing! She went over the variety of options for management and also wanted to make sure that my lab work was up to date. She was very patient and great at explaining the treatment she thought would suit me best. Not a long wait to be seen as a new patient either!

Doctor Doktor is absolutely phenomenal. She is highly patient and explains every answer thoroughly to any question I have. She has really helped even out my face tone and she’s helped my family members with their skin issues as well! Not only is she kind, but her entire staff is just as thorough in their tasks and hospitable. The overall experience is a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend

I have a clinical skin problem and the doctor spent one minute with me at each appointment, recommended solutions that my PCP had already suggested, and didn't seem interested in investigating further. Yet she kept wanting me to come back for additional appointments, where I would only get maybe one minute with the doctor. All of the staff talk so quickly and rush you through the office, it's clear that they just want to run through as many patients as possible to bring in the money. I wonder, if I had been getting botox would I have been treated differently? Perhaps. But I cannot recommend this office for clinical dermatological care.
