I had an outstanding experience at Skin and Cancer Center of Arizona – Queen Creek! The receptionists were welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the office itself was clean, organized, and created a very calming environment. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain everything, which made me feel confident and well cared for. I genuinely appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate skin care! :)

I am so grateful for Natalie in billing. We have been fighting with a second rate insurance company for close to a year and she has been going to bat for my kids and myself! She has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure our bills did not get sent to creditors. Our providers were great too and took care of our needs. THANK YOU!

I was very disappointed when I didn't get biopsy results (melanoma) until January 8 from a November 18th biopsy. It delayed my getting scheduled for surgery, that I need to have. I only have a few weeks recovery before I leave the country for 3 months. It is frustrating calling and holding 15 min to be then asked to leave a message. I was ready to give a 1 Star because of the number if times I called to get my records. Tammy in the Chandler was outstanding and went above and beyond to get me taken care of, so I added 3 stars because of her assistance.

The Skin and Cancer Center has been an outstanding place for care from start to finish. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The providers take their time, explain everything clearly, and genuinely listen — something that’s hard to find these days.

The staff at the Queen Creek location is truly 10 out of 10. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. Appointments start on time, sometimes even early if you arrive a few minutes ahead, and the whole process is quick and easy. Dr. Owen was fantastic! He’s personable, warm, and thorough. He really listened and made me feel seen and heard. The nurse assisting him was just as wonderful. I’d recommend Dr. Owen to absolutely anyone.
