She utilized cervical manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and dry needling to effectively manage my symptoms. Several friends had great results with Sarah, so I called her to help with acute neck pain - and we were able to reduce the pain quickly. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic, concerned with the whole person, communicative and organized - unlike any other physical therapy experience I've had. Once the acute pain was gone, we decided to tackle chronic neck and back pain that I've had for 18 years, "peeling back the layers of the onion" with nuanced testing of a variety of therapies. This was a longer process but worth it. I always wondered why often typical exercises "didn't work for me" - with Sarah's approach, I now understand more about how to identify how different areas of the body might affect my chronic pain, when NOT to just "push through the pain", and how to self-assess better

I was dealing with an Achilles injury for over a year. After trying a lot of different things on my own, I finally decided to get help when my knee started bothering me as well. Sarah quickly diagnosed that my knee was a result of compensating for my Achilles, which was probably a result of some bad habits I had developed over the years during my workouts. She put me on a rehab program to address my Achilles and knee. It took a lot of hard work, focus and patience but with Sarah’s guidance, I’m happy to report I’m back to running, jumping and exploding on my lifts like I haven’t done it a long time. As I’ve progressed in my Rehab, Sarah has also given me exercises to strengthen my core. While I still have a little ways to go, I couldn’t be happier with my progress. Thank you, Sarah!

I love the work that Sarah does. She is thorough and takes her time to diagnose and then give you the information and tools to know what is happening with your body and how to work on it to feel better. I was at the point of not being able to brush my teeth in the morning without leaning on countertop because my back would give out to not even thinking about that issue anymore.
