Skagit Regional Health - Mount Vernon Physical Therapy

At check in I was told my Dr was running 30 min behind, useful information knowing what to expect. I was seen in less than 30 min. The MA was pleasant, and professional. Dr Picco even tho behind took the time I needed to answer my questions.

I've had an enjoyable time at this physical therapy facility. Both of my therapists: Ashley and Misty have been great and have taken good care of me. They've help ease my discomfort.

Unfortunately a complete waste of time. I was greeted at my initial evaluation with a preplanned schedule. Unfortunately my job does not accommodate a set time of availability each week. Something like that needs to be planned in advance. If I had been told months ago when I made the appointment I could have been prepared. I decided not to bother starting and suggested they go over that in the future during the booking call with new patients. Very disappointing.

This clinic is awesome. I went because I had a concussion from a car accident. I’ve worked with 4 physical therapists, and each one was an expert in their field and was also practical, sensible, helpful and kind. I have ME/CFS, so PT has to be handled very carefully. Anytime I had a problem, my physical therapist came up with an alternative approach that worked well and solved the problem. In my time at the clinic, I have felt heard, understood, and most importantly: healed.

Bree was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous... I am trusting that her analysis and directions on follow up are the ticket to full improvment to my stability and balance issues..
