Cedardale Veterinary Clinic

Have been here before in the past multiple times with our dog they don’t have a system for who’s in queue. This has always been a problem. They have a check in number that sends you straight to voicemail. They make you wait over an hour just to take someone else in who got in after you. We came in 20mins before they opened so we can be one of the first patients. They come out and count the cars in the parking lot and take no consideration who got there next. Super unprofessional and uncoordinated. This was our last visit for sure and that’s that my dog didn’t even get seen we spent an hour before having to go into work because their work hours are that of retired people’s schedules… just be aware.

We love Cedardale Vet Clinic. The vet is so great with my animals. I don’t mind the first come first serve protocol. I’ve had 2 cats and 1 litter and I believe 6 dogs over the years and 1 litter of 10 pups. They have taken care of all of them. The staff is wonderful. It’s still the same faces. We certainly recommend them !!!

My first time bringing my little guy to the vet (cat) and he was so good because of their energy there. It's so welcoming and the vet was really gentle with him. Definitely recommend

Dr. Pollock was SO good with Wendelton’s first visit. He hardly noticed the shot and had such a positive first time at the vet. We hardly had any wait time and all the staff loved on my boy. For how affordable (seriously, the most affordable vet I’ve ever been to) it was, I was expecting a trade off in customer service, but both it was top notch. 10/10 will be back for anything else Wendel might need!
