Kind workers they work fast, but get good quality service and they care about children and understand their emotions and their fears and they really care about the health of children 10/10 I went There since I was born 🙂

If you can find someplace else for your kids. Between the horrible wait times. Being stuck in a back room not being seen for an additional hour and not seeing anyone during that time. And the paperwork they dont tell you you need to have the biological parent sign until you show up.. talk about garbage. Like are you not able to look that up and be like hey when you come in we will need to get ahold of the bio parent so we can see your child.. what you doing if the parent is unreachable. "Did I pull my kid outta school for nothing" cuz if they won't treat my child for coming and showing up to the appt. Doing her part she doesn't get a note to be excused for school.

Since Skagit Pediatrics merged with Skagit regional health, I have been having issues with getting in to see a doctor in a timely manner. My family isn’t the only one experiencing this. Trying to get a same day appt for anything is nearly impossible. A well child check that’s supposed to be on or shortly after the kiddos birthday is being pushed out 2+ months. It’s ridiculous. I switched my kids from Skagit regional health to Skagit pediatric for this exact reason only for Skagit pediatrics to merge with srh. I will be switching all my kids to another pediatric office.

We loved Sarah Strandjord at this clinic, if we hadn't moved out of the area we would still be with this clinic because of her. She is very approachable and good with my kids. She listens and also does a good job at remembering at the next visit. I feel like my concerns were always handled and my kids were the priority. I couldn't ask for more in a provider.

After being purchased by skagit regional health I scheduled both of my children for their first wellness visits following the buy out. I then received a bill for an additional copay and office visit at the same time as their fully covered wellness exam. I spoke with billing and they proceeded to tell me that due to me answering the questions about his past historical medical concerns, “that I brought up,” it was then considered an office visit regarding a problem and therefore is an office call fee on top of the wellness visit charge. Safe to say after six years with this office, I will be looking for a new pediatricians office. Very unfortunate given the circumstances.
