This is one of my favorite place to visit . First of all it’s very hard to tell who is more professional. Dr Kaur , Stephane , Valeria , Katerin . Each and single one is more than beautiful people . I love to come over and over . Strongly recommend. If there is a possibility more than 5 stars I will give them .

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I went in for a simple check-up and cleaning with my daughter, and one of the hygienists actually chipped a piece of her front tooth. Then they tried to claim it was decay. I work with teeth myself, and I know what decay looks like. Her tooth had a filling from a previous doctor that had been completely fine through multiple cleanings. There is absolutely no excuse for what happened. I also tried to schedule appointments for my husband and other kids and the staff was rude, dismissive, and kept making up excuses. It felt like they were annoyed just having to talk to us. during the appointment they even spoke to my kids in a cold and unkind way, which is completely unacceptable in any s

I came here due to a previous dentist messing up work and they are amazing . Valerie is so nice at the front desk , Stephanie did great with my cleaning and Dr Kaur was very knowledgeable about my teeth and giving me great advice and I just know she’s going to do great work on me . I appreciate them so much. Thank you

I needed extensive dental work and Dr Julian was so amazing from start to finish.She is kind, compassionate and very professional. Staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice!

I have been with Dr. Ortiz & Staff for over 3 years now and i wouldn't change a thing! i love the service and attention i receive in this facility every single time i come in for my checkup's. definitely a friendly, dedicated and respectful staff! 5 star recommendation! :)
