First, I must say the good. The service the doctor and her staff provided during my exam was excellent. The reason for the rating is because of their financial policies and billing. I chose this practice because they are in network with my dental insurance and expected to abide to the insurance billing rules and amounts. The doctor identified an old crown that in her prof. opinion needs to be replaced. When I examined the treatment plan, they added a billing code that was not covered by my insurance. This is a big red flag because my insurance covers everything up to a limit, so not being covered at all was questionable. Also, they added two billing codes: one for a new crown and one for a crown restoration. One can't have these two codes for the same tooth or crown, you either are install

I hadn’t gone to a dentist for way too long (oops) and had horrible memories from going when I was younger. My coworker recommended this place. I did have to get some issues taken care of, even a root canal, but much to my surprise everything was so fast and pain free. I am overwhelmingly happy with the care of Rebecca and Dr Javier and all of the other staff that I encountered there. Everyone is so sweet and patient.

I travel for work and I scheduled a cleaning several weeks in advance but when I went to the appointment the front desk receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled because they were only taking new patients. She argued with me that they left a voicemail to reschedule, but that never happened. No apology that I took an hour out of my busy day to drive there. Front desk team needs customer service training.

I had a "old" bridge removed, and a new bridge put in. Dr. Javier did such a great job saving an anchor tooth, and making sure the new bridge was perfect! No problems since! My husband and I both go to Six Mile Cypress Dental, and are always pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff!
