While results may differ from person to person, my first session of lymphatic drainage massage with Laudie was amazing. She is extremely knowledegable, professional, competent, courteous and very attentive; and asks questions to ensure your personal level of comfort during the massage therapy as well as to determine the best treatment. The ambiance was perfect with relaxing flute music and aromatherapy to calm you and assist you in de-stressing and enjoying your massage. I felt absolutely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards; and I had energy to do some tasks around the home without feeling totally exhausted. I plan to continue sessions as part of my overall health and wellness maintenance.
