Made an appointment. Took me right back at my appointment time. Very nice young lady. Took a strep test and said give me just a few minutes, the test takes about 7 minutes. 30 minutes later no one has returned to the room. Take a second and at least come back and make sure your patient is ok. Not acceptable.

If I could give a zero star, I would. The facility is open until 5:00 pm, yet at 4:20 pm, my husband was told that he could not be seen. Policy is that the facility will continue to accept patients up to 15 minutes prior to closing (which would be 4:45). My husband arrived at 4:15. This is a clear policy violation with no care from the onsite staff. In addition, we asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the individual we were talking to was the supervisor so there was nothing we could do. Patient care is clearly not a priority as it is Saturday and the staff was more concerned about leaving for the day. Go somewhere else where people actual care about sick patients.

Highly recommend! The front staff, the nurses, the radiologist, the practioner, so friendly and professional. I was so nervous thinking I had broke my ankle. They were so assuring and patient with me. I didnt feel rushed. Ankle not broken! The office was very clean, best of all, including getting x-rays (and my million questions), I was in and out in 1 hour. Thank you!

They are great, very patient oriented, and fast. Ive had Kathleen and Chisola are both great. They are also great with children as well. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend. The whole staff is great. Thank you for having such great people working for you!

I had a very pleasant experience despite being ill. The front desk attendant was very kind and Megan provided a concerned care of both health and financial. I am very thankful to have been referred to this office and will be using them in the future.
