This pharmacy is consistently friendly and kind. They try to do what ever they can to make things easy for the customers. I am always impressed by them.

This pharmacy is dishonest. They try to sell medications to patients and claim that the insurance does not cover them, while in fact the insurance does provide coverage. Their goal seems to be taking money directly from patients instead of processing it through the insurance company

I’ve never been dismissed and harassed by a pharmacy before but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Someone initially called me to discuss delivery/ cost for a prescription. I told them the time frame/ day/ payment method that works for me. However, people were coming to my house at all hours/ days (literally) to deliver the prescription. Times I stated that I would not be home! Not to mention calling me from numerous strange numbers to deliver the prescription even after I stated my dissatisfaction with the delivery process and that I didn’t want the delivery unless I spoke to a supervisor. They completely and repeatedly disregarded everything I stated. It was as if I never spoke to them even though I have text messages reflecting that I did speak with them. Nobody comprehends or

Sinai has proudly been my pharmacy since the Covid-19 pandemic. I never have to anymore go to the pharmacy and wait on those very often long lines! Also, they have amazing coupons which will be further reduce the already discounted prices, which is awesome. What really separates them from the competitor is their dedicated and devoted staff. Jessica who puts her heart and soul into helping me with EVERTHING. Whether it's contacting her outside "office hours", insurance related questions or finding the best deal, Jess is always there. Big shout out to Alpesh for always staying on top of everything at the front. Highly recommend! 10/10
