Sinai-Grace Hospital: Emergency Room

I believe patients should have the option to leave honest negative reviews. I went to this ER last Thursday because my blood pressure was elevated at 183/102. After triage and explaining my chief complaint, I was placed in room ER201 and waited over an hour before a doctor came in to evaluate me. I was given pain medication and medication for nausea, then sent for a CT scan. Throughout my entire visit, my blood pressure was not monitored, and it wasn’t even rechecked before I was discharged. To make matters worse, the doctor told me she was treating me for a migraine, but the only prescription sent to the pharmacy was for nausea medication. DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital HAS PISSED ME AND MY SISTERS OFF.... THEY DON'T TREAT THEIR PATIENTS CORRECTLY NOR WITH CARE!!! THEY HAVE WORKERS THAT STEAL FROM THEIR INNOCENT PATIENTS WHEN THEY TRANSPORT THEM TO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE HOSPITAL...... PLEASE WATCH OVER YOUR LOVED ONES AND DON'T TAKE THEM TO SINAI-GRACE AT ALL!!!!!! WHEN THEY ADMITTED MY MOTHER THEY DIDN'T REPORT ANY OF HER PERSONAL BELONGINGS SHE CAME IN WITH....... THEY TOOK HER FOR A CATSCAN FRIDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2025 AND MY MOTHER HAD HER PURSE AND JEWELRY WITH HER. WHEN THEY TOOK HER BACK TO HER ROOM SHE WAS LOOKING FOR THE BELONGINGS AND THEY TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING SO MY MOTHER GOT UPSET AND LOUD WITH THEM SO THEY SEDATED HER...... SINAI-GRACE KNOW THAT WAS WRONG.... THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY MOTHER..... TOMORROW

I recently spent 9 days there for a compound fracture in my back. I stayed in the 2 east part. I have to say that I've had to stay in numerous hospitals in my 50 years, and this place will always be my number one choice. Everyone from the nurses to the janitorial staff was the friendliest and caring that I've ever met. My favorite nurse is Mrs Desiree, or Mrs D, as she said everyone calls her. If any human actually reads this, will you please tell her that Angela Fletcher will always remember her as my angel and will always love her. Thank you for the care and support from everyone there.

My daughter came in Sinai Grace EM at 6:00 pm it took them 6:45 register under the wrong name. They try to take her surgery because, she was under the wrong name. Even though the tech was informed they had the wrong person. Also, please be advised that some rooms don't have curtains. Therefore , everything is wide open. The head nurse is playing on phone in the front of the emergency room. The communication needs improvements before some gets heart.

It looks like they erased my review from last night, do I'll post it again. Went here at 8:30 am because of a stroke. My face wasn't working, they immediately cat scan, and it revealed it was indeed a stroke. So, instead of treating me for a stroke, they put me in a bed in the hallway. Then for the next 9 and a half hours, I stayed in that bed, being lied to hour after hour about receiving possible care. That care, never arrived. I never saw a neurologist, or a speech pathologist, which apparently are needed after a stroke. I went in with just a droopy face, but had to leave after with a numb arm as well, because they ignored me and my stroke. They never even assigned me a room. Do not go to this hospital, ever.
