If you can go somewhere else, this is a CLINIC not a primary care doctor. You are lucky if you don’t get a medical student (don’t get me wrong everyone has to start somewhere) but the MD on duty does not come in to check once or make sure the student is doing things correctly. On multiple occasions, this clinic has disappointed me. I’ve had to really push to get a physical when I’ve never had one here, on two occasions BACK TO BACK my appointments had to be cancelled (I got a call 10 minutes before letting me know it was cancelled), and finally when we did get an appointment scheduled I was told the wrong time (have the voicemail saying 9:15 when my appointment was 9:45). I am truly just over having a team of “primary care doctors” that does not strive to truly help people and lack of orga

Doctor Harshil Gumasana wouldn’t take my concerns seriously about my hands and arms going numb all the time and dismissed it as my anxiety because my blood work came back clean. Well sure enough I have carpel tunnel(which he claimed I didn’t have without actually running my a nerve conduction test) and now I have to go through a months long process to get the surgery done when I could have already had this process completed had the doctor taken my concerns seriously. I’ve had to suffer for over another year not knowing what the real issue is. After it started getting worse I went to a different doctor about the issue who stated there is CLEARLY something wrong and doesn’t understand why doctor Gumasana didn’t request a nerve conduction study when my symptoms clearly point to carpel tunnel.

I called to schedule an appointment after being referred by my doctor for urgent care. When I informed the receptionist she said that my "urgent" status meant nothing to her, and I would have to wait until January. Who speaks to a patient like that? I chose to go elsewhere because, I would be dead by January waiting on Sinai.

You can only do Telehealth because they see only 5 patients a day. Takes 2 or more months to schedule appointment unless you cry ,begging and praying. God help us all.😭🙏🏽
