I did not believe I could get any relief from my severe back nerve damage. Matt has helped me continue to work and actually has given me hope. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. I strongly recommend his expertise. The front desk staff are great as well.

I went here because I had a bad strain in my wrist, I couldn't lift 20lbs it hurt so much. My experience at Sims could not have been better. I worked with a team of 3 wonderful therapists, all of them did a great job with my wrist and were fun to talk to. Now my wrist is back to normal, and I know it's because of the excellent work that the team did for me, I can't say enough nice things about them. I will absolutely recommend Sims to anyone I know in need of physical therapy.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was recently referred over to Sims Physical therapy for an injury after waiting for 3 weeks to bee seen the rude receptionist turned me away she told me my appointment was at 7:00 but I showed her the text message that was sent confirming my appointment at 7:30 she was so unprofessional and extremely rude she told “there was nothing she could do about it” I would have to reschedule another appointment for weeks out.I feel the receptionist was inconsiderate of the situation it was a mistake on there end and blamed me for it. my injury requires me to see a specialist or I will have permanent damage .I am very disappointed with the receptionist and her professionalism.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with the team at Sims Physical Therapy. They are a great group of people who helped me recover from my shoulder surgery. Thank you!
