Simply Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

My 4-year-old daughter visited Simply Pediatrics Dentistry for her very first dental appointment, and she was very nervous going in. From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience and she was well taken care of. The staff went at her pace and never pushed her when she felt uncomfortable having X-rays done, which truly made the visit a positive and reassuring experience for her. We are looking forward to returning and are so grateful her first dental visit was a great one. She left feeling so proud of herself!

The office decided to have a delayed opening. They did not call, text, or email to cancel. We showed up with our girls and were told we could not have our appointment. No delay, it was just canceled. We told the receptionist this was very poor customer service, and I still have received no call about rescheduling days later. We will not be coming back. This was a terrible first impression, and maybe when you decide not to open, you should actually notify your patients.

I'm very glad we listened to Dr. Myles Clancy when he suggested my 5 year old see an oral surgeon instead of a pediatric dentist due to his distress when being examined for a tooth extraction. The exam could have gone much better if the doctor's demeanor and tone of voice was actually something you would expect of a pediatric setting. The experience we had with Dr. Clancy was rushed, not comfortable, and not the experience you want for your child. The oral surgeon we saw however, was the best experience my son could've gotten. Very pleased we chose another place to go instead of Simply Pediactric Dentistry.

My husband and I took our daughter of 20 months to her first visit and Mary was just amazing! So nice and explained everything so thorough. The dentist was very nice and the staff at the desk was great! Looking forward to our daughter growing up and getting to know these people!

As the mother of a child with special needs, this is the place where you will find an environment that encourages children to feel comfortable, turning a visit to the dentist into an experience where inclusion, respect, patience, and teamwork are paramount!
