SIMPLY Smiles of Medford is whom I saw today. Both the tech who cleaned and scaled my teeth plus the dentist were very professional and caring. I also had any concerns answered including the new dental plan and the cost of dental work I need to have done. Highly recommend

I got extensive work through the VA maybe $50,000 worth of work and again the VA paid my bill. I had one last bill of $379 and simply smiles are saying that I didn’t get authorization for this last bill and they want me to come out of pocket for $379 when they drop the ball and didn’t get authorization to the VA to pay this one $379 bill. The VA is willing to pay this bill but they’re saying that they billed Medicare and I authorized for them to bill Medicare, which makes no sense. would not recommend using simply smiles because they can’t handle bills getting paid to the right person very disappointed

Truly the best dentist I’ve been to. I started going here when I was young and even after moving an hour or so away, I continue coming back because of how good this place is. I have had to get a lot of dental work done in the past year, and everyone here has been nothing but kind and supportive. Notably, Dr. Browning is so welcoming. I have a stomach condition that causes me to feel sick a lot and every time I have explained it, she has been completely understanding of it and accommodated to my condition. I would highly recommend Simply Beautiful Smiles if you’re looking for a dentist.

The young lady who clean my teeth was very pleasant and gentle. She did not hurt me, and she did a great job of taking away all the plaques and part of my teeth. I definitely are going to request her again, and the doctor was very pleasant as well too thanks for the visit. See you next time.

Very nice folks, professional, and they get me in and out on time. The dentists and hygienists are very thorough, unlike at several other practices I've been to over the past 10 years.
