I've been using Simplex Pharmacy since 2019 and they're way better than CVS. They make an appointment for when you're home and they bring your script directly to your front 🚪door. Whomever is in charge of the customer service department via the phone for inquiring about your medication needs to teach them proper phone etiquette. My doctor spoke highly of this pharmacy and I’m going to recommend that the office finds another because not just myself but other patients are speaking about services rendered here. Why does my delivery delay by a day every month when this Medication needs to be taken on time?
