SIMEDHealth Primary Care

I previously reviewed this practice, and this is to add on to my initial findings. The staff and all personnel working there are truly five star, as I stated previously!!!! However , I injured myself and needed an appointment last Monday. My Dr. Dr London was enjoying a well deserved vacation, and I was asked if I would like to see Dr. Gerard Casale. I agreed and I am here to say after meeting and being examined, I was so happy that Dr. Casale was able to exactly diagnose the problem, and he prescribed the proper medication for the proper time, and the proper strength!!!! It has been a week now, and I’m almost back to normal!!!! Dr. Casale said it would take 7 to 10 days. Being older at 62 years of age, I’ll take the full 10 days. I’m in no hurry!!!!!! Simed medical has done it again!!

I've seen Dr Jenny Chen for about 4 years. She makes sure you understand everything. She takes the time. She is a caring doctor. I am very glad that I have her on my side and my primary! Thank you 😊 💓

**** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER **** - My wife has been experiencing really bad back pains for more that 4 months - we were given a referral to them by AdventHealth, we had an appointment with Dr Amy Clunn - really good Dr, and we agreed to do 3 cervical MRI - in the meantime we got a call from them saying we had the Epidural injections approved BUT the MRIs need to be done first. To have a MRI appointment it was a nightmare - and when the MRI appointment date came the technician had a deceased family member (they only have 1 MRI tech?) so date was postponed. Finally we did the MRI and later on we had a call back to schedule and appointment as NEW Patient with Dr Amy Clunn - Do you believe that? - scheduled for this Nov 18 - In the mean time we had a MRI review with the Practitioner Nurs

This office is a disaster. The staff is self involved and does not seem to care about its patients. Dr. London seemed nice enough but it feels a bit rushed. Getting a appointment was beyond ridiculous. I played telephone tag with the voicemail for the lady making all the appointments for days before getting in touch with someone. She never returned one call back to me. Seams like this place has far to many appointments and not enough care. It is called health CARE. I did not feel much for the care this staff and group deliver. I will be making changes. My recommendation is to seek a Dr. Office that cares more for the patient and a bit less about the insurance number. My insurance was billed more then the visit cost. Sounds fishy someone should check into this place.
