I came to have a blood drawn with another physician’s order. Everyone from the moment I stepped in to the office until I left was very professional, polite, and friendly. They phlebotomist was an expert in drawing blood and was finished in remarkable time. She had absolutely no problem finding a vein. She answered all of my questions.After I was arrived, I was walking out the door within three minutes. This is incredible! Thank you for providing such professional and excellent care.!

Even though my drive is an 1 1/2 hrs. It is worth it for me. I am so glad to be a patient of Dr. Elder. He listens. The staff is very kind and a person gets a smile greeting .

Just had the BEST experience with Mrs. Lisa. In the days of 2024 when almost anything healthcare-related is a drawn out headache, my experience today was the exception. We are new patients with SIMED so I haven’t seen Dr. Elder yet but he comes highly recommended. The front desk lady was SO easy to chat with, and after a few quick questions we were scheduled at SIMED High Springs MUCH quicker than I anticipated! Thank you. The waiting area and desk were extremely clean too! Looking forward to our appointments (again, a rare thing in 2024).

Staff are excellent and caring. Appointment is always on time. Great to have bloodwork completed on site. Portal is available for all your results. Offices are very clean. Great place!
