Sima Doshi-Carnevale, MD: SightMD NY — Manhasset, New York

I experienced a beyond thorough examination in Manhasset. It’s a calm, comfortable office. Ayesha was patient, and caring performing the testing. My own doctor highly recommended Dr Doshi. She was clear in expressing all the choices for cataract surgery. Her personality is quite amiable. I feel confident having asking her perform my surgery. My eyes are still dilated so please forgive any errors.

Although the place was very busy, but not too crowded just very busy. The staff on hand did a very good job with managing the situation and a room full of patience. One in person in particular I find was very helpful on all levels was the morning front supervisor I’m so sorry. I forgot her name. I asked her and forgot it, but she was a black female With long blonde braids, very courteous, very helpful and kept things running smoothly. The rest of the front desk staff were good as well Dr. Sima Was very courteous, took her time and explaining what was taking place with me. She made me comfortable and at ease to be in her office. I injuries are serious and she treated it just as such although it was out of my way actually in the next county I’m glad I went.

Dr. Dosi-Carnevale was wonderful! She is the first doctor to give me a long term solution to my eye problems. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the wait time is atrocious. I waited nearly an hour from my scheduled appointment time until I was seen. If I wanted a 10:30 appointment, I would make a 10:30 appointment. Wait times are expected but it started to get ridiculous.

I found Dr Dashi to be very knowledgeable and understanding w/my particular situation. I will use her again w/I any hesitation she was extremely personable as well as professional!

Dr. Doshi Carnivale Is amazing! She is the only doctor that was able to help me with my eye issues. She has amazing ability, bedside manner and a steady hand. I highly recommend her
