Wonderful! Wonderful!! WONDERFUL!!! Update 10/2024 from 5 to 1 star. We had an unpleasant phone call over a bill. Apparently there was a balance in our account that our insurance didn't cover. But we moved out of the area almost 2 years ago and never got a single mail (forwarded to our new address), email/phone call before they called us this past week. The overall tone of the conversation was demeaning and threatening. All of this is really unfortunate since we DID have a good experience with them for about 4 years... from now on, I'm not recommending them anymore to my family and friends
