Everyone I spoke to was nice & helpful. The patient check in process was only a quick page of questions so I was able to be seen fast & after I was seen, my results were explained well. I just felt well taken care of by the staff. I would recommend Silsbee urgent care to anyone needing fast urgent medical care!

The staff at Silsbee Urgent Care were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The NP was able to stitch up my eyebrow cut perfectly! I am so thankful they are local and open on the weekends. Great job!! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

We were needing an urgent care close by that offered an x-ray machine and found this little hidden gem in Silsbee. The new patient check-in process was super quick and only required one brief page of questions to be answered. The facility was clean, spacious, decorated cute for the Fall season and offered friendly smiles from the staff. Wait time was very minimal, including initial call back, X-ray, results; and check-out - we were in and out within 45 minutes AND it was around lunch time! Highly recommend this place for quick urgent medical needs, they seem to offer a wide range of hours to accommodate the working family. We will be back should the need arise!

I was seen in a very timely manner and all of the staff are very friendly. I am very satisfied with the medical staff and my treatment, this is my first time there. Glad to have a place to go on weekends this close to home.
