Paradigm at The Pines

I am very unhappy with the staff! Though I’m not oblivious of the obvious short staffed nurses and the zero doctors in the whole building.most of them are uneducated as far as bandaging and communication goes just this morning at 6am ish a nurse came in while my grandmother was in a deep sleep. she then came in telling her rudely to sit up and take her medicine practically shoving the cup of water in her face causing it to spill all over her and when my grandmother “not a quiet woman”she will speak up but there is only so much she can take. Not a single lady but two or three will actually talk to her and actually listen to what she’s feeling. she was injured falling in her home and not only was she receiving cold scrambled eggs and cold food (she has soon got figured out) this building tre

I have nothing good to say, the staff isn't around at night, or what the have as one. All it is about money, I couldn't get the social worker, who I had to call personally, and wasn't a nice message . And what they call food? I wouldn't feed it to my cat

My MIL has been at this facility for several years now. While it is not easy to face that decision when the time comes that a family member can no longer care for themselves and must have 24 hour care it is comforting to know you all have made a good decision on a skilled facility and that they are being well cared for.. I love the compassion showed to her by the staff here at the Pines and we are pleased with the care they give.

Paradigm at The Pines in Silsbee is a very good facility! They've got a great administration, and it's overall a very good environment. I will miss most of the people there including the MDS nurse Angel, the Respiratory Therapist Quinesha, and e ADON Danni! I hate to leave, but I will be closer to my biological family. I will miss you all!

My sister has had to stay here twice to recover from illness. both times she received the BEST care possible. The staff has gone above and beyond to help her rehabilitate her to the point that she was stronger and better than ever since her disability. Jay and Sheryl are a great team. Lovie has been a loving and attending nurse. Erick gives his all. Overall I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs assistance with their family member.
