Silk and Sole Massage Therapy

Highly recommend Emily! I’ve been seeing Emily at Silk and Sole Massage Therapy monthly since November 2025, and her deep tissue barefoot ashiatsu has been amazing. My posture has improved so much , tightness in my muscles has decreased, and my range of motion is noticeably better! Emily tailors every session to what my body needs and always checks in throughout the session to make sure the pressure is right and that I’m comfortable. She’s extremely professional, attentive, intuitive, and very skilled. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for real lasting results!

If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage, look no further. Silk and Sole is an amazing massage establishment run by a truly skilled therapist. Emily takes the time to understand what’s bothering you so she knows exactly where to focus. After multiple sessions with her, my body feels completely different, looser and much more relaxed. I’ve never felt this safe or comfortable compared to my experiences with other massage companies. I highly recommend booking with her. 10/10!

I had my first massage with Emily yesterday, and it was INCREDIBLE. I am someone who always wants deep tissue massages to use more pressure, and this style of massage did just that. She was very attentive and communicative during the massage to help make the experience personalized and focused on my body's needs. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I plan on returning soon!

I have been to Emily twice now and cannot believe how much looser and mobile my body is. My hips were tight causing my legs to not stay straight while doing certain exercises and after the massage they were perfect! I also pulled all the muscles on my right side rib cage. No amount of stretching or PT gave me full range of motion back. Emily’s ashiatsu massage did! It is truely therapeutic and healing. Emily does a great job and makes sure you are comfortable and the pressure is not too much. Highly recommend
