Everyone is professional and friendly. As a parent I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my ever changing schedule. They treat my child with respect and the office is clean and safe. Braces are a multi year commitment so having a great relationship between staff and parents is important. I highly recommend Signature Smiles of Wilson.

I emailed this office in regards to an email. Someone emailed me back stating to call the office to get an appt so I did, no one answered so I left a message and then emailed them to let them know I did try calling (called twice matter of fact) but that no one answer. Someone then emailed me back asking did I leave a good contact number. Well of course I did, well guess what I never heard anything from them. I was going to see about getting a consult in the office however that will no longer be the case. Very unprofessional of how someone can email you but yet no one can answer the phone nor call you back. I work in healthcare, and that’s not how you conduct business. ☺️

Way better than Goldsboro Pediatric Orthodontics!!!!!! Easy to get a real person on the phone, the scheduling and front desk clerk is incredibly organized and friendly. The process was seamless, user friendly, easy to understand and getting insurance approval relatively quick. Very happy with the quality of care.

Signature Smiles is amazing with my 2 boys! The receptionist is the sweetest woman and is so helpful when scheduling their appointments on the same day which makes it easier for me. The whole staff has been wonderful and every informative on the next step of my sons brace journey 🩷

Very friendly staff, they explained every step of the process and it was also quick, we did not have to wait a long time in the waiting room not for the dr. You guys keep up the good work, I can't wait to see the outcome for my son.
