I have only had my exam and oral cancer screening done so far, but I cannot say enough how happy, kind and professional everyone here is. From check-in to check-out this was a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to getting my treatment started! Glad to consider myself a permanent patient!

Bait and switch...I went in with the coupon for xrays, exam and cleaning for 99.00. I get my teeth cleaned annually. They did the x-rays, no cavities, good teeth. The dental hygeinest stabbed my gums and determined I needed a 2400.00 deep cleaning. I went to a different office who evaluated my gums without pain and bleeding. No antibiotics needed as noted by Smile and did a through cleaning for $240.00. I am thinking of turning them in for false advertising. I guess I dodged a bullet by saying no.

I'm fearful of getting tooth repair done here again. My last visit was painful because of an "awkwardly" exposed nerve. May not have been able too avoid it but i'm nervous and reluctant to return for repair. I've never felt that much pain at a dentist. I Tried to explain what happened on my cleaning visit yesterday and my concerns were brushed under the rug. I attempted to explain how I felt about my last cavity repair visit to get a better understanding but no concern was expressed. After my examination I was then quoted approximately $800 for a deep cleaning with insurance. I've rescheduled for now but I've gotta do some price checking 1st it seems a bit expensive. That could be average but I need to do research before paying that much.

Everyone at this office is terrific! I finally found a dentist who is genuinely interested and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Signature Smiles.

I waited 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to be told it would be 15 minutes more before I could be seen as someone hadn't come in for their shift. I had another appointment across town 2.5 hours later, and was informed the appointment would take 2 hours. Multiple patients who came in later than me were taken before I even questioned when I would be seen. The woman who checked me in was rude, asked for my driver's license and told me to sit down. 20 minutes later, I had not been given my license back, so I asked for it, and she hadn't scanned it yet. The second woman was much more professional.
