First of all, they are honest and very helpful. My previous dentist did not inform me about the validity period of my insurance and explained the amounts to be charged and deducted from insurance as if my coverage were currently active. However, Signature Smile clearly informed me of my insurance validity dates, explained that some procedures could wait while others were more urgent, and provided a very reasonable price. I sincerely thank them. Also, they always see us exactly on time whenever we visit and never keep us waiting, which is wonderful. Many thanks to the office staff and our dentists.
