Just had my first visit. The doctor seems very thorough. The staff and her seems to work well together. Everyone is really nice and they have a great sense of humor. They explain everything they are doing and why. They even accommodated my 10 year old grandson while I was there. Made him comfortable and let me feel good about him being there separate from me.
The crew at Signature Smile are awesome they couldn't be any better. I am beyond satisfied with all of them. I had 18 teeth removed at one time both uppers and lowers. To prepare for implants. The process has been going perfectly. They always follow up with me after every appointment. Dr. Kahn is a sweetheart she has gone above and beyond to make sure this process goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Signature Smiles of Brighton. To anyone who needs dental work of any kind. They are the best. Rusty Sarver
UPDATE: I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 and here's why. I received a follow up text, and with my consent, a call from the office manager, Leisa. She let me know that she really cared about the experience that I had. And she also validated my concerns. The hygienist I had was a sub and i wasnt the only complaint they received. That's an easy fix. They wont have her sub again. As far as my experience with the doc, I'm sitll on the fence about that one but Leisa said they have meeting about the feedback they receive and that they really take it seriously. So, ok, I will give them another try. ORIGINAL POST: The gal that did the cleaning was rough, didn't listen when i told her twice that it was hurting and she rushed thru the cleaning. The staff & Dr. were unbelievable! Professional, informative & friendly. I get a bit anxious at the dentist, and they reassured me, everything was alright! Highly recommend their office & Dr. Kahn!!!
All of my family has had a wonderful experience with Signature Smiles of Brighton. The staff is amazing and the care has been excellent. Highly recommend!
