I am so grateful to have Liesle as part of my team. As an avid marathon runner, we initially started working together when I was 13 weeks pregnant with the goal of keeping me strength training and running (safely and with good form) as long as possible through pregnancy. She has been extremely helpful keeping me running (now 34 weeks and still average 20-25 miles each week and 3-4 strength training days per week), as well as, working with me to help with leaking, pelvic floor control and birth prep.
