I have been going here for 47 years. Most of my 6 kids were patient here I have 13 grandchildren And 5 still go here the are amazing. On time greatest care. I highly recommend them💕

Worst no customer service, they are heartless. They are sucks, I only stayed for the doctor cuz honestly the doctors are caring. But those nurse and certain desk people doesn't appears to be human for the way they address you. I can't stand them at all, but now I have enough their stinky attitude taking my kids somewhere as soon as possible. I hate 😡 them useless and never welling to help or understand.

Worst place to bring your children. The doctors are great but the nurses and associates that work there are all rude and will give you an attitude for no reason. It's like they all hate their jobs so they take it out on you. Transfer my child to a different hospital,

U ladies here behind the desk.... are my girls tuf quite hardworking brockton style we have attitude here in the boogie down brockton.just mind each other u dont u get the horns & that fair.ive been here half my life & all my kids lives till 18.the doctors are cool yes u will have to wait it's a doctor office.just leave if there taking five hours & go someplace else no big deal.happend to me a couple of times cuz of babies🤷‍♂️oh well .

For years the secretary has been rude and disrespectful and plenty agree. Please make a chnge or you will lose many more clients.
