While most of the departments are fine in this office beware I would never ever recommend the breast surgeon. This physician gave me a consultation for reconstruction surgery and said he would submit the consultation to the insurance company for prior approval. He and his office ghosted me never heard from his office or the insurance company. Found out many many months later that the doctor never submitted the consultation. Apparently he thought I was too fat to have the surgery. Thank you for wasting my time and your lousy bed side manner

Doctor celestin was amazing ! Made sure I was relaxed during my surgical procedure and explained before and after about the procedure perfectly ! And thank you as well to his nurse LISA for calming down my anxiety. I was in great hands good team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I just called to ask a question and the receptionist Susan just continuously asked if I was a patient there. I informed her I was not and asked my question again. The question was what type of cancers do they treat for. The receptionist Susan for some reason didn't understand what I had been asking. I explained to her on there website it states "most common cancers we treat" and listed GI, Breast, Lung, and Prostate. The receptionist then stated she needed to have records and went on and on about records as well as if I am a patient. I was not asking for medical advice nor medical history. I simply asked what it is advertised online. Since she wanted to be very difficult I will be going there in person to ask the same question again. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is treated like family. It’s amazing that when you check in, they know who you are and calls you by your name. And that continues as you go to get your vitals (if I’m saying it correctly) done to all the nurses who work on you. You can see that it’s not just a job to them. They really care about you. They all listen to you even if it’s a venting moment for you (and I had a few of them).
