I delivered my baby here on February 2nd. I could never have imagined having such a great experience, every single nurse, doctor, and every other staff member (I can’t stress this enough- Every. Single. Person.) was extremely caring, kind, and compassionate. The midwife, Kara, and the nurses, Ana, Jen, and Marie were the best people I’ve ever met in my life, and I have thought about them every day since having my baby. They truly care about their patients and went above and beyond for me and my family. I’m always going to recommend coming here to deliver your baby, and I’ll be back if I ever have another baby!

I had the most beautiful time delivering my child in the hands of these nurses , they were amazing attentive caring and just amazing ! The maternity and delivery room is beautiful cozy and feels just like home . I went in for delivery and delivered 2 days later with no complications. Nurses who took care of me were all amazing . Especially my overnight nurse before delivery. What a gem Brockton hospital is I honestly had no idea and feel appreciative and grateful I delivered here ❤️

Today I spoke with Lina, off the grip she was very persistent and talking over me from the start, I was being very respectful and had questions as anyone normally does, and when spelling my name out she had raised her voice to tell me to slow down very disrespectfully. As I’m aware my name is hard to spell, after asking my DOB I wasn’t sure if she needed me to spell my name or not as she didn’t conform so when saying my name she yelled at me to “SLOW DOWN.” again. After repeating my name for the 3rd time I was very calm with a lot of patience as one should have. When correcting her on the spelling of my Last Name she said in annoyance “Oh my god” while then placing me on an immediate hold for 5 minutes. 5 stars I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The nurses were patient, kind, and checked on me regularly especially miss sue .The doctor cao took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The facility was clean, and the waiting time was reasonable. I really appreciate the care I received and highly recommend this hospital.

My daughter, Emily, was subjected to severe abuse, racial discrimination, and a complete denial of medical care during her recent visit to the Brockton Hospital Emergency Department. When she raised legitimate concerns about racial bias, staff responded not with professionalism, but with violence. She was physically assaulted by a male technician who forcefully choked her and gouged her eyes, while nurses stood by, recording her instead of providing care. During the assault, she was touched in private areas without consent, hit, and restrained, even though she was not a danger to herself or staff.
