Because no stars didn't seem possible. This facility should be your absolute last resort and even then, I'm not sure I would put anyone there whether I care about them or not. My father was abused, neglected, and had a ring stolen off his hand. He was discharged with a kidney infection that no one noticed. We were handed a bag of medication and paperwork and told good luck. there was no communication on his appointments for continued medical care. If you want progress and healing, pick somewhere else.

A dear friend recently entered this facility, and since there hasn't yet been much interaction with staffers and the treatment of my loved one, I will be updating this review every few days to include other aspects, like staff attentiveness, average time to respond to patient requests (especially important for bed bound and limited mobility patients), how responsive the members of a patient's care team are for voice and email messages, and, of course, my friend's opinions of her care, etc. That said, here's my first impression-- I have to say that I was absolutely gobsmacked at the interior appearance of this facility . If I was told that there is any piece of equipment/item in the building that is less than 35-40 years old and not a computer, I wouldn't be able to believe it. The carpe

I am very disappointed in this facility. My mom spent one night before transferring to a rehab center on October 24th. They ordered her medicine, including pain medication that she did not receive and we knew nothing about. After more than 10+ phone calls, no one can tell me what happened to the drugs. My mom's PCP is unable to order pain medication for her arthritis due to this mess. I'm in the process of reporting this to Medicare for further investigation.

DO NOT! DO NOT send your loved one here!! I kept a log that was 20 pages long of how much my mother was neglected, injured and ignored at this place....and i was there all the time before covid and at her window when i couldn't go inside. Also, the staff constantly changed. 90% of the time she didnt know who her nurse or her CNA was. Once she was very sick and no one was taking care of her. When I asked them to call 911 for my mother, they refused! I had to call 911 myself. The fire and ambulance said they were there all the time for patients and it was not a good place. That's not good! It unfortunately took me too long to get her out of there due to COVID. I wouldn't let these people take care of my dog. If I could give zero stars I would!
