so far i am not a happy patient with this practice. I usually don’t even put a bad review, but it hasn’t been good.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Girard. She is warm, knowledgeable, and thorough. I especially appreciate that she takes the time to really listen and discuss my use of alternatives and adjunct therapies. The staff is generally efficient and pleasant, barring one minor mix up when I was switching insurance and pharmacy. The online patient portal is very helpful for getting test results as soon as they are known.

Worst telephone service I’ve ever dealt with! One phone number for multiple office locations and Drs. Totally unacceptable! I’ve been trying to cancel an appointment for 30min now. Can’t get transferred to right location and then have to call back again, go through the prompts just to talk to a different person , explain everything again! WHO’S IDEA WAS THIS PHONE SYSTEM???

The doctors are good but it’s way too bureaucratic being a patient here. Lots of back and forth phone calls... Getting a covid test required a minimum of 5-6 calls just to get an appointment. The docs are often rushed and can’t spend enough time with you. Lots of times I don’t get to see my primary, usually a NP.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this facility so far!
