I’ve been coming here for years, and Dr. Omar and Jennilee (the hygienist) are honestly the reason I keep coming back. They’re both so genuine and easy to talk to, and always manage to make appts tolerable. They have a great sense of humor, but still take the time to really explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed, and I always feel comfortable asking questions. Jennilee develops rapport with her patients making you feel like a person and not just the next appt of the day. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the environment of the whole office is just positive and welcoming. I highly recommend Crystal Family Dental.

All interactions, be it phone calls, scheduling with the front desk or mouth strapped open waiting for a whining drill to decend upon your choppers the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Each visit is like stopping by to visit with an old friend, who happens to have a teeth obsession. My schedule allows little time for appointments but they make planning around my nonsence seem easy. If you must have someone rummaging around in your mouth you couldn't do better.

Extremely professional and non judgemental. Dr. Omar was thorough with his explanation of his plan to bring my smile back to the way it was. I wish I remembered the hygienist name, she was careful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Was nervous about going but now I'm looking forward to going back.

Words can not express how grateful I am for this dental office. Little background I am someone who has always been terrified of the dentist. To the point I didn’t go in so long. And under the circumstances Finnaly had to go. I was soooo scared before going in. Terrified actually. And when I tell you, I left that office, feeling not only not scared of the dentist anymore, but I left with the biggest smile on my face. The people who work here are more then phenomenal. Jenny was my hygienist and when I say I felt NOTHING, I’m not kidding. She explained everything she was doing and was so so gentle and caring and just an all around amazing women.
