Signature Dental Group

I literally just got home from Signature Dental group. I am very happy with my visit today. Lina and Roxanne are the best partner. I am very satisfied with the cleaning that they did today. They did a good job. I would love to have them both on my next visit. Overall, I would recommend this place. The staff are nice and friendly that it seems we’ve known each other for a long time.

Today was my first visit and I had a very pleasant experience. I worked with Lina, Roxanne and Dr. Shakeel and all were super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped outline a care plan for me and I feel like I’m in great hands with this team.

Alex, 83 years old, came in with a severe toothache and a swollen face and mouth. He speaks very little English, had no appointment, and had never been to this dental office before. I was there with him as a translator and helper. The clinic was only a 5-minute drive away. From the start, the reception staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. The paperwork was handled quickly, and an X-ray was done within minutes. The doctor came shortly after, clearly explained the tooth condition, and made sure the instructions for the prescribed medications were understood. The entire team showed professionalism, patience, and genuine respect toward an elderly patient with limited English. Excellent care and compassion. Highly recommended.

1-star – Absolutely terrible experience at Signature Dental Group in Algonquin. I went in today for a routine cleaning, but after wasting 20 minutes of my morning, they flat-out refused to provide any service because I declined dental x-rays. I made it clear I didn’t want or feel the need for x-rays, and as a patient, it’s my right to refuse them—plain and simple. Informed consent and patient autonomy are basic rights in healthcare, yet this office treated me like I had no say. They wouldn’t even perform the cleaning without forcing x-rays on me first. No real explanation beyond “policy,” no discussion of alternatives, and zero respect for my decision. This feels like nothing more than a blatant cash grab—pushing unnecessary radiation exposure and extra billing instead of focusing on actua

Roxanne is the BEST! My teeth are ridiculously sensitive and I have zero pain during cleanings. I’ve never been relaxed during cleanings until now. We have great conversations, she’s great at educating you on how your teeth are and how to improve. The travel tech today (didn’t get his name) was amazing too!!! Excellent team!!! The dr was great too. So glad I found this office. I’m never leaving. My son loved his visit too.
