Siesel Eye Care

Well all to pot. But I figured out what was wrong after my assault, and with this amazing ophthalmologist Dr. Eric...apparently after even the time I had to drive to get to him with nowhere accepting appointments months almost years! I'm now to know that my assault that did happen caused my eyes to get blood vessels that popped, and caused a astigmatism in my eyes. Finally , I have some answers on what happened, and why my sight has been off. I am so grateful.

This office refused to work with Medicare for my elderly fathers new prescription in order to receive new glasses after having cataract surgery. They are apathetic about patients who aren’t spending money at their office and stonewall requests for assistance from other vision centers reaching out to work with their prescription, a reasonable request from what we were told. Later on, we were informed this office is known to be unwilling to work with Medicare and other vision centers as there’s “nothing in it for them” financially. Their office gave us the runaround instead of being straightforward about their unwillingness to work with another vision center to receive benefits paid for by Medicare we are entitled to. How we were referred to this office is concerning, as we would have NEVER

Everywhere was booked in town with a long waiting list but Siesel Eye Care got me in so quick like 3 days later and everyone was so nice the experience was great and the eye doctor was amazing got my prescription to a T I ordered glasses online and everything went good. I definitely will be going back when my prescription expires thank you so much Siesel Eye Care definitely would recommend to a friend. 💗

The staff and Dr. we very friendly and will give you a sense of caring. They listen to what you have to say and are very helpful. Although my eye exam was a little more than other offices I’ve visited, it is well worth it! Customer service goes a long way. Great experience!

I want to give a huge thanks to all the ladies at Siesel eyecare, they go above and beyond for there customers. Running late yesterday and they got me rt in and took care of my needs. Best service and the best eye care. Thank you so very much, you made a bad day into a great one. Thank you.
